Unarmed training courses at Security Training Center include in-depth coverage of every topic required for the PERC card application process. You’ll also learn how to submit your application form, renew your security guard certification before its expiration date, and more.

- Laws regarding arrest, search and seizure, and reporting
- Civil and criminal liability for private security
- Arrest and control techniques
- Listed offenses under the Criminal Code of 2012
- Fire prevention, fire equipment, and fire safety

The 20 hour unarmed class was something I was hesitant about taking. I really enjoyed being part of this class I was able to learn a lot and even get hands on training! Inst. Mac was very hands on and gave real life scenarios!! I would recommend coming here to take classes!
